RETURN & EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to be able to shop on FABBO.MY with confidence. That is why we offer a 14 days returns policy for products sold on FABBO.MY.
All returns must occurred within 14 days of delivery or collection. Products must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase and in a saleable condition so that we can process the return. All returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Products sold are non-refundable and exchangeable, unless agreed.
This includes personalised and perishable products as well as products which had their protective seals or strips removed or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights. As a guideline, the following examples are not covered by our return policy:
- Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents
- Products showing excessive wear and tear
- Products damaged due to natural disaster
- Products with a missing label or damaged label
- Products that have been soiled or contaminated
Kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning your purchases to us. Please do return the products via any courier service of your choice and provide us with the tracking number.
You will be refunded the full cost of your order. You may choose based on the following return options:
- A full refund to your original final payment
- Replacement for an incorrect or defective item delivered
Promotions & Gift with Purchase
Where promotion have been applied, discounts will be applied to each eligible item in your cart. In the event of return, refund will be based on your actual final paid amount. If the item you purchased was by using a discount code, only the after discounted amount will be refunded. If the order contained a free promotional gift, the gift must be included with the return of any related items.
*Discount codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable.
Return Postage Fee
In the event of return, customers would have to pay for the shipping fee in order to return the item to us. We will then refund a maximum of RM5 of your postage fee to your account.
Processing a Return
It will take up a minimum of 14 working days from the date we received your parcel and for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your parcel and further process it. When the return is process, you will received an email confirming your refund. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
